Everything we have comes from God and belongs to Him (Psalm 24:1). Giving is an act of worship and trust: we return a portion of what He has provided and rely on Him to meet our needs (Matthew 6:33).

A tithe is a tenth, or 10%, of your income, and it's a faithful starting point for giving. Offerings are gifts above the tithe, often for special needs or missions.
